Return Policy

We offer returns and size exchanges within 7 days of your delivery date in accordance with the conditions below. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order, and we will be happy to help. You are responsible for return shipping costs, but if you are making an exchange, we will cover the cost to ship the new item(s) to you.


Please double check sizing before purchasing to minimize returns. We are a small business with slim margins so we can bring you the best possible goods and designs. We also emphasize sustainability,  which means we like to minimize shipping and packaging materials whenever possible. If you're unsure of your size, contact us or DM us on Instagram (@quill_and_thread) and our team will be happy to help find the right size and style for you.


Cancellations

Our system also does not allow for cancellations at this time. If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us as quickly as possible and we will see what we can do. 


Damage/Issues 

Please inspect your order when you get it. Contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for pictures of the damaged item to better understand the situation and if the item is eligible for return. 


Refunds/Store credit

As soon as we receive the return/exchange and ensure that the item is unworn and unwashed, we will issue you a store credit or refund. The whole process can take some time due to processing and COVID-19 shipping delays, so please be patient with us.


NOTE: Items returned to us without first contacting us and receiving return approval from our team will not be accepted and will not be refunded.  


Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed. We may ask for pictures to help determine the eligibility for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, like your order number and the email used for the purchase (for customer verification).


We do not accept all returns. We do not accept returns outside of the 7-day window, in poor or damaged condition, or in instances where there is evidence of fraud. We reserve the right to not accept a return if there is something wrong with the item or payment method.


Please contact us with your situation, and we will do our best to help. We strive to put our customers first! If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
